Nemo dropped about 10 inches of snow in our area, but the roads are cleared, the sidewalks shoveled and salted, and we’re having our usual services on Sunday, February 10: Sunday School at 10 a.m. followed by worship at 11. Child care will be available the whole time.
The church has power, so our Sunday morning church services will be held according to the normal schedule on November 4: Sunday School at 10 and worship with communion at 11.
Don’t forget to set your clock back an hour before going to sleep tonight.
Also, we will not be having the Reformation Day Festival make-up tomorrow after all.
We are sorry to report that due to Hurricane Sandy, we need to postpone our Reformation Day Festival, originally scheduled for Wednesday, October 31. Check back for final confirmation, but we are thinking about holding it on Sunday afternoon, November 4.
Cold weather is coming. Check back here year ’round for updates about weather-related changes or cancellations to any of our church services or events. We’ll also post updates on our Twitter feed and our Facebook page. If you’re a member, you will also get a phone call from the prayer chain in the event we have to cancel Sunday morning worship for any reason.
